Tool, Tip, and Technique Tuesday

Today's Tip - Flip Flaps

I decided to start a new series called Tool, Tip, and Technique Tuesday.  Every Tuesday I will provide you with a new (or new to you) way to use a Tool, a helpful Tip or creatively clever Technique.  I figured to start off this series, I would share with you one of my all-time favorite Tools/Tips from Close To My Heart – Flip Flaps!!  I had never heard of these amazing things until I attended a retreat and saw them in action.  They are fun and interactive way to add additional pictures or journaling to your scrapbook pages.  I have seen numerous uses for them from including a lock of hair from a first haircut, money from the tooth fairy, souvenirs from special family trips, as well as, just simply adding additional photos from a day or event that you wanted to capture each and every minute of.

They come in a variety of sizes, each with a strong adhesive attachment strip.  The 12” Assortment is $4.95 and includes 8 protectors:  4 – 6” x 12”, 2 – 4” x 12”, and 2 – 8” x 12”.  The 6” x 6” Flip Flaps come in a pack of 10 protectors are also just $4.95.  And the Flip Flaps Small Assortment is $3.95 and includes 12 protectors:  4 – 2” x 2”, 4 – 3” x 3”, 4 – 3” x 4”, and 4 – 4” x 4”.

I have attached a great video from a fellow consultant Noreen Petty that shows how versatile Flip Flaps can be.
